disseminate information without having to send multiple email attachments or cluttered
Dropbox files. DigitalDashboards.net was developed and is owned by MarketPower
USA, LLC (“the Company”). Its technology is patent-pending and parts of the platform
are comprised of trade secrets.
Some of the trade secrets involves the marketing
aspects of the platform. It is a proprietary database-driven platform with extraordinary
capabilities, however, the company makes no promises, representations or warranties
regarding the use of the platform. In other words, each client who partners with the
Company does so without
By utilizing the DigitalDashboards platform as a client or user, you hereby agree to
indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Digital Dashboards and MarketPower USA,
LLC from any claim that may arise from the use of the platform by your or your
customers, employees or associates. This indemnification provision shall survive in
perpetuity any agreement that you may have with the Company.
